With more than one billion transactions annually and a platform utilised by nearly 100% of the Dutch people, iDEAL has proven to be a resounding success. This success is due to our innovative nature, our entrepreneurial spirit, and the trust our stakeholders have placed in us.

To continue to earn and preserve this trust, it is imperative that we adhere to the highest ethical standards and act reliably. Adhering to our ethical standards means acting in a way that is not only legally but also morally correct.

We show our integrity when we reliably make the right ethical choices, time and time again. Our new Code of Conduct is centred around our core values and outlines the behaviours we expect from each other and everyone who collaborates with us.
